Trump and Republicans have a Problem, the Economy

Deporting illegals, rebuilding our Military’s character and mission, lowering gas prices, and attempting to prosecute all the government miscreants who shamelessly lied to the American people, is all good, BUT IT AIN’T ENOUGH, particularly, for a lot of lower Middle Class and low income Americans this thanksgiving.

Trump and the Republicans are doing the same thing Biden and the Democrats did for four years in saying “the economy is great.” IT AIN’T for a lot of people. I remember last year Trump making the argument that the Democrats were lying about the economy and rightly so but he promised to fix it but hasn’t and the Republicans are the liars now. And what has Trump done to fix the economy? Increase Tariffs on imports.    And what has been the result? Higher costs for consumers.

We need to get rid of the Tariffs and it will immediately stimulate the economy, but Trump remains fixated on Tariffs when in fact, on Laura Ingram’s show he said he was lowering the Tariffs on Coffee by 25% to lower its cost. But the reason for Coffee to be high is because of the Tariff he imposed on Coffee! Isn’t that an admission of causing the price increase by his Tariffs?

But Trump will not backdown from the Tariffs. Why? Because to do so is to admit he was wrong and he’s ego won’t let him. The Republicans will not do anything about it because then they share in the blame. The Democrats won’t do anything because then they have to admit they committed economic malfeasance putting us in this situation in the first place. Both parties are inept but experts at overspending your taxes.

And there’s the Supreme Court. If they rule against Trump, and there’s a good chance that they will, the United States is going to have to refund all the money obtained from Trump’s Tariffs and that will place the country in further dire economic distress. If that isn’t bad enough, if the Republicans can’t figure out how to lower the cost of living, healthcare insurance and give young people an opportunity to buy a home, get a job, feel secure, they will turnout by the tens of millions and give the Socialist and the Democrats the House of Congress next year and the White House in 2028.
