California Elections

If you want to believe that the election in Los Angeles, California, for the Mayoral Republican candidate, was stolen, that’s your prerogative, but have ever stopped to consider that it may just be California’s system of elections, rather than outright voter fraud that, favors the Democrats?

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m sure that given the ample opportunities, cheating does in fact, take place and if election laws favor one party then, the argument could be made that, by and large, the system automatically places the Republicans at a disadvantage.

Let’s be honest. The only people who really thought Spencer Pratt was going to win, were the people who don’t understand the California election system in an overwhelmingly socialist state. What makes it bothersome to a lot of people is that, the woman, who was in third place on election night, sobbing and in tears, suddenly surged into second place. And she’s a Democrat.

Let me explain to you the way elections in California work. They are called “mail-in ballot elections.” And as long as the vote is postmarked on election day, you have to count the vote even if it takes weeks to get there. That's the law in California.

The way California elections are organized it is to “test” the strength of your political grassroots and union organizing power, as a progressive, which of course, favors Democrats. Make no mistake, California is a one-party state. Certainly, Republicans get elected, but no one expects Republicans to win any big office in California. The system won’t allow it.

And among the Democrats, the strength of the election comes down to who can organize with the unions the best to “harvest” ballots. While some states make Ballot harvesting illegal, in California it is legal. In California, it's perfectly legal for union organizers to go door to door and say, “hey, we know you've got a ballot because you're a registered voter and all registered voters get ballots, and we want to pick up your ballot from you and deliver it to the board of elections.” If you’re wondering, that's ballot harvesting.

What happened in California this recent election was that, a lot of Democrat voters waited to vote, wanting to see how things were lining up, and a lot of these late breaking voters, decided to vote for the über socialist third-place finisher, Nithya V. Raman, because a lot of these white, well to do people in Los Angeles, are themselves socialist, and so they voted for her, and Spencer Pratt, the Republican, is now in third place.

So the lesson here is that California mail-in balloting system, is all about “organizing prowess.” Who can organize with the unions? Who can do a grassroots effort? Those are the strongest candidates, and those are the ones who win, all Democrats. But the California election system is also designed as a jobs program. The nation of Peru has just elected a new president, a right-wing president, female. They were able to count millions of ballots by hand overnight to know that she had won. California can’t do that. It isn’t set up for that level of efficiency.

In California, elections are a jobs program. Like everything else in California, the government runs election as a jobs program for people. And the government in California is very inefficient. That's why California can't build roads. That's why they can't build high-speed rail, because it's a jobs program. If you finish the job, your job goes away.

So in California, elections take a long time, firstly, by design, because you got to count all the ballots as they come in weeks after the election. Secondly, you're only allowed to sit there and count for so long before you have to take a break, and it's a nine-to-five job. So people count very slowly. They take lots of breaks.

It causes them to drag things out, and it's by design, because it's a jobs program. And because it's a jobs program, there's no incentive to be efficient. And because there's no incentive to be efficient, there's no expectation for you, the voter, to have the elections delivered in time for you to trust the system. So trust in the system breaks down, and they don't care.

Another thing is that California, in local elections, in San Francisco, for example, illegal aliens have been able to vote. If you're a resident there during local elections, they allow you to vote. Now, local elections do not happen at the same time as federal elections in California, so that's their workaround. So, the moral of the story is that, the people who claim that Trump is a threat to democracy, are themselves, the threats to democracy. They are the threats they warn everyone about.

To say that voter fraud is how Democrats only win in California, is not exactly true. Let’s not be disingenuous. For it ignores that California’s election process disproportionately favors the Democrats, provides opportunities for dishonest people, allows non citizens to vote, and denies the people election results in a timely manner. And good luck doing a forensic investigation on the process itself.
